A 1:1 Holistic Wellness Session (Virtual or In-Person)

The start of a new year can feel like pressure to overhaul everything. This session is the opposite of that.

The New Year Tune-In to Tune-Up is a private 1:1 session where we take a clear, honest look at what you’re doing for your health right now.  What’s helping, what’s not, and what can be adjusted so you feel better moving forward.

No big programs. No extreme changes. Just thoughtful guidance that fits your real life.

This session is a good fit if:

You’re already trying to take care of yourself, but still don’t feel your best
You’re unsure what your body actually needs right now
You want to feel calmer, clearer, and more energized this year
You want personalized input without committing to ongoing coaching
You’re tired of guessing and second-guessing your choices

What we’ll do together:

In this 90–120 minute private session, we’ll focus on what matters most right now.

We’ll look at:

Your current food, supplements, and daily habits
What’s supporting your energy and resilience
What may be working against you (often without you realizing it)
Your short-term goals for the next few months

From there, we’ll make simple, realistic adjustments.  Not a long list of things to add or track.

You’ll also start to understand how your body communicates what it needs, so you can make decisions with more confidence going forward.
