Deeper, personalized support over three focused sessions

If you’ve been feeling off for a while and want more than a single check-in, this is my main coaching package.

This option offers deeper support and guidance over time, so we can look at the full picture of your health, understand what’s really going on, and create a clear, realistic path forward — without turning your health into another full-time job.


Health coaching in three simple steps (virtual or in-person):

Session #1 — Deep-Dive Session

We start with a 60–90 minute first session where I take the time to truly understand you.


We’ll talk through:

Your health history and current symptoms
Your daily routines, stress levels, lifestyle, and unique circumstances
What you’ve tried before and what hasn’t worked
Your goals — both short-term and longer-term
This session is about listening carefully and connecting the dots, not rushing to solutions.

Session #2 — Personalized Plan Session

In our second session, we review a plan created specifically for you.

This includes:

Nutrition guidance that fits your real life
Supplement support where appropriate
Lifestyle and daily rhythm adjustments
Supportive practices to help calm symptoms and build resilience
There are no templates and no one-size-fits-all recommendations. The focus is on what matters most right now — not doing everything at once.

Session #3 — Follow-Up & Adjustments

Our final session is a check-in to see how things are going and make refinements as needed.

Here’s where we’ll:

Review what’s working and what isn’t
Make adjustments so the plan feels easier and more supportive
Address any questions that have come up
You’ll also have light text and email support between sessions, so you’re not left figuring things out on your own
